How we’ll use this fund
Your donation can fund a medical camp | in Q1 2026, 3 camps treated 90+ patients each in Sukma and Bijapur hamlets. Camps like these run on this budget. Or feeds families — 208kg of rice reached Hyderabad slum communities last quarter. Ration distribution, neonatal nutrition support, and food for pregnant women are all part of what this program does. Five years of not stopping brought infant mortality and pregnancy-related deaths from 37% down to 2% in the communities served. That's what consistent funding looks like.

My name is Tanya, and I’ve worked with Project Annapurna since I was 13 years old in Hyderabad.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve spent time on the ground with the team, helping prepare and distribute meals in communities where access to food is never guaranteed. What makes this work special is that it’s local, sustainable, and consistent — a simple way to share your blessings and earn smiles with every meal served.

This monthly campaign raising ₹28,000 will allow Project Annapurna to continue showing up, month after month, for those who need it most. We're currently raising funds for the month of May, 2026.

The Problem
India produces enough food to feed everyone. The issue isn't about supply, it's about access.
In tribal hamlets across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and in low-income communities in and around Hyderabad, food insecurity is a daily reality. The impact is sharpest for pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and young children. When nutrition is inconsistent during those stages, the consequences are permanent.

Before regular programs reached some of the hamlets Project Annapurna works with, pregnancy-related deaths and infant mortality were as high as 37%.

What Project Annapurna Does
The program runs every month. What that looks like varies: some months it's meal distribution and ration supplies. Others, it's medical camps, nutrition support, or both. The team on the ground decides based on what's most needed.

In Q1 2026, that meant 3 medical camps in Sukma and Bijapur hamlets, 90+ patients treated per camp, and 208kg of rice distributed to families across underserved Hyderabad communities.

Five years of showing up like this has helped bring pregnancy-related deaths and infant mortality down to 2% in the communities served.

What This Campaign Funds
₹28,000 funds one month of that work. It keeps the team on the ground, the supplies moving, and the program uninterrupted for the families who depend on it.
This works because it doesn't stop. Your contribution makes sure May isn't the month it does.

The ways we might choose to use funds:

1. Funding medical camps at tribal hamlets

2. Providing women and children in tribal hamlets with neonatal support and nutritious food

3. Distributing food across the greater Hyderabad region to underserved communities and slums

Donate now. Forward to one person who cares.
A small amount, multiplied by people who pass it on, is how the next month gets funded.
